All prices on the TriPath website include VAT at the current rate where applicable. We reserve the right to alter prices without notice. We offer free delivery on orders over £25.00, for orders less than £25.00 we charge a standard delivery charge of £2.95 or a customer-selected delivery option.
All precautions are taken to ensure that transactions are secure although TriPath cannot be held responsible for any breach of security. TriPath will not disclose buyers' information to third parties.
DATES AND PRICES - We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24hours, all orders placed before 2pm for in stock items will be dispatched that day. We offer free delivery on orders over £25.00, for orders less than £25.00 we charge a standard delivery charge of £2.95 which will be added at the checkout stage.
WHAT IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE - If your delivery does fail to arrive then please contact us. Please note legally Royal Mail items are not considered officially lost until 14 days postage following its expected arrival date and international mail until 28 days later. If we need to replace your order we ask that you contact us to confirm the loss, we can then arrange a solution.
DELIVERIES TO EUROPE - We are able to arrange delivery to Europe using international Mail, Delivery charges range depending on the weight of the order. Please note that you are responsible for any import charges or custom duty charges that may be imposed by your country’s customs. Delivery times will vary and will be considerable longer than UK deliveries.
GARMENT CARE & SIZING
It should be taken into account that lycra and other swimsuit materials are delicate and the life is very limited in chlorinated water. The strength of chemicals will vary from pool to pool and even on the same day, therefore the higher chlorine levels will degrade the suit quicker. The garment should be hand washed in cold water immediately after use as the chlorine continues to affect the lycra when left in your sports bag or towel. Avoid wrapping the costume in a towel. If possible put your suit into a mesh equipment bag where it can breathe, this is the ideal way to transport your suit home. We recommend not showering in your suit as the shampoo and shower gel will quickly degrade the Lycra, similarly detergents also increase the rate of degradability so DO NOT machine wash just rinse in cold water. To dry your suit just air dry away from direct sun light, radiators and Do NOT tumble dry. Sitting on rough pool side surfaces can also ruin the material. Follow these guides to increase the life of the suit.
SWIM SUIT SIZE GUIDE - It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly measure themselves or the swimmer and to check the manufacturers sizing guides. Customer Services are available to give advice and help on the sizing, but they cannot see the swimmer or how the measurements are taken, so TriPath does not bear any responsibility for the suit not being the correct sizing when received, it is the customer’s total responsibility for the size ordered.
The customer is responsible for the cost of postage returning to TriPath unless faulty.
All returned goods must be returned in their original packaging with all tags in place within 28 days of purchase. Costumes, goggles or swimming accessories that have been worn or used in a pool cannot be returned for exchange or refund. It is the consumer’s responsibility to decide the suitability and fit of all items before using the item in a pool and making the item unsellable if returned. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the product is adequately packed to avoid any possible damage in transit, such items damaged in transit will be returned to the customer and not exchanged or refunded. Non-UK customers will be required to pay postage for their returned items, the returns policy applies to international Mail.
Postage paid on the original order cannot be refunded.
SIZE EXCHANGE - TriPath will exchange suits for another size if they do not fit. All we require is the suit to be posted back in good condition, with all tags still attached, proof of purchase (either the order confirmation note included in dispatch or an email received at time of order) and if we have the requested size we will send it out to you. Otherwise we will issue a refund. We do not take responsibility for items lost in the post. The customer is responsible for postage of goods returning to TriPath unless faulty (see below).
FAULTY GOODS - Goods that are returned as faulty, will be assessed by the returns department in conjunction with the manufacture and date purchased. Products over 3 months old may be rejected as wear and tear. If the item is deemed faulty then you will be offered a suitable exchange item or if requested a refund will be issued. Items that are not deemed as faulty and purchased over 30 days from return date will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer. Items accepted as faulty will have return postage refunded to the customer - this amount will be calculated by the amount stated on the returns parcel.
WRONG ITEMS - If you receive a wrong item it should be returned within 7 days of receipt, once we received the item, the correct replacement will be dispatched. TriPath will refund the return postage refunded to the customer - this amount will be calculated by the amount stated on the returns parcel.

RETURNED ITEMS - Whilst we generally process refunds for returned items within 7 days from when they arrive to us, please allow up to 14 days (or longer during busy periods) for our returns & accounts departments to process your refund. Postage paid on the original order cannot be refunded.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS AND BACK ORDERED PRODUCT - If you have ordered a product that is out of stock and you cannot wait for the item, we will instantly refund you for the item on the day of your request.
FAULTY ITEMS - Once deemed faulty as per our policies on these items, the refund will be sent to our accounts team for processing within 7 days.
TriPath returns department works in conjunction with our manufacturers, our manufacturers want to be informed of any products deemed to be faulty; therefore all items returned as faulty will be returned to the manufacturer for examination. Once the manufacturer and our returns department have agreed that the product is faulty, then the item can be replaced or credited. TriPath will process this as quickly as possible subject to the manufacturer's timescales. If however the item is deemed to be damaged due to the customers handling then the item will be returned to the customer and no replacement or refund will be issued. Race suits purchased over 3 months before return date may not be accepted.
Orders can be cancelled up to 7 working days after placing them if the item has not already been shipped.
