Simon Ridley is a level 3 personal trainer and has qualified to represent age group Team GB. Simon has over 15 years experience in the fitness industry. Simon has been lucky enough to have been exposed to a huge variety of sports, and has worked with many athletes from sailing, Ironman, tennis and motorsport. He understands that to move well we must change our mindset and overcome the urge to sit back, especially as we age. Simon can provide professional strength and conditioning support and advice on injury prevention.
Joey Rossi is a level 3 personal trainer and GB age group Triathlete. Joey competed at the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in South Africa 2018! As an athlete Joey understands our daily challenges to live healthily whilst juggling a busy lifestlye with friends and family. He strives to make the healthy choices easy for his clients (and himself), helping restore and maintain balance. Joey’s focus is to train, advise and motivate every client.
Paul Ransome is a level 3 British Triathlon Coach, level 3 personal trainer, GB age group triathlete, World Championship finisher and competed in the Ironman World Championships in Kona 2017! For 15 years he's been on the front line of helping people achieve their goals. He’s a firm believer in the saying ‘Make It Happen’. Paul helps clients recognise their potential, and then achieve it through focused nutrition and exercise programs, helping them to ‘Make It Happen’.
Jemma Lowe competed in swimming at a world class level for over ten years, competing in 3 Olympic finals for GB in the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games, breaking records along the way. Jemma is a level 3 Personal Trainer, level 2 swim teacher and swim coach. After retiring from competitive swimming, Jemma joined SwimPath, TriPath and Vibe Fitness Bath and now enjoys helping other achieve their goals. Jemma believes everyone can reach their goals if they truly commit.
John Wood has been involved in swimming for the last 25 years and has competed at National and International levels. Within this period he has been swim coaching and taught for the last 15 years including multiple national finalists and champions. He took up triathlon 10 years ago successfully competing at 4 European Age Group Championships, with a best placing of 4th in 2012 in Eilat, Israel. He has knowledge and first-hand experience of racing all distances of triathlon, from super-sprint to Ironman, having started with the intention of just doing a couple of races for fun! He started coaching triathlon and running in the last six years.
